Burgaw Public Works Department

The Burgaw Public Works Department provides for a safe, clean and healthy environment with the Town. The department services include yard waste services, water and wastewater services, sanitation, streets, parks, and cemetery maintenance.

Public Works Department Administration Office

The Public Works Administration Office is responsible for responding to citizen inquiries relating to the various services of the Public Works Department. The administration office directs and oversees the services of the Public Works Department and sets policy and standards for street maintenance, garbage and recycling services, right-of-way maintenance and installation and monthly reading of water meters. The Public Works Department also is charged with the enforcement of Town of Burgaw ordinances regulating use of the Town’s municipal water distribution system, including enforcement of the water conservation season.
